Currently the Studio will remain open but will be taking clients by scheduled appointments only. Daily cancellations will not be filled in and no new clients will be taken at this time. If you have a scheduled appointment I remind you to read and follow the information below, for your safety and the safety of all clients and your groomer.

Clients who are sick with fever, coughing or have had a fever within that last 72 hours, please do not enter the Studio. If you would still like to keep your appointment, please remain in your vehicle, honk your horn and I will retrieve your fur baby from your vehicle. Please be sure to have your fur baby in the back seat of your vehicle to assure some distancing.

Cancellations: If you must cancel an appointment, please be patient. My schedule is full and it’s not as easy to get rescheduled as quickly as days gone by. I promise I will do my best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible.

Pick up and Drop off. If you arrive for either pick up or Drop off and find a vehicle already here, please remain in your vehicle or outside until the client has left the Studio and I have wiped down all necessary areas such as counter, door handles etc and have given you the okay to enter. I am doing my best to stagger appointments so that clients do not run into each other but it happens.

Payment of Services. The Studio has always taken cash, check, debit and credit for payment. At this time I would prefer not to handle paper payments. Please, if possible, limit your payment to debit or credit card. If you would like to add a tip to your payment, it can be added to your total before your card has been run.
